Coronavirus Training Struggles

Some have found it difficult to train under the social distancing guidelines, in particular Celtic’s captain Scott Brown.
Since Fifa announced that all international matches should be indefinitely postponed from the 13th March, it has left players missing their grass pitches. It comes after lockdown restrictions have been eased and players have began training again.
Some have found it difficult to train under the social distancing guidelines, in particular Celtic’s captain Scott Brown.
Brown admits it has been hard to train under the strict social distancing guidelines. Being in a “touch-tight” environment “high-fiving and fist-pumping” comes as strange territory now. Obviously, they are having to stay the recommended two metres apart. They must wait in a line until one of them have gone through the door to the ground, as well as being allocated their own ball and station.
This is different to usual training; they are unable to run in a team. Instead they must train individually in their given ‘station’. Once finished, they must leave in an orderly manner to allow other team mates to begin their session.
Despite this, Brown says he is glad to back out on the grass pitch training with his team again after the Coronavirus lockdown.
