Jonny Hayes to re-sign with former club, after contract end at Celtic
Winger Jonny Hayes, 32, will have a medical after agreeing to re-sign with his former club, Aberdeen.
Hayes’ contract finished at the end of 2019-2020 season with Celtic, leaving him a ‘free agent’. So, has agreed a deal to resign with Aberdeen. Before moving to Celtic in £1m deal, he played with Aberdeen from 2012-2017, where they won the League Cup in 2014.
Robbie Neilson, former Dundee United manager, has recently invested interest in bringing Hayes to Tannadice, however, Aberdeen are now favourites to re-sign the winger.
